Varsity Cup
Varsity Cup is Nigeria’s first annual national university football championships for men’s and women’s teams.
Described as the Champions League of Nigerian Universities, the invitational tournament hosts the country’s top 10 universities in 26 thrilling matches over 5 weeks across 7* campus locations to determine our Varsity Champions.
Our Mission
Our mission is to build a viable platform for Nigeria’s brightest student-athletes to thrive, with inclusivity at the heart of our service to these brilliant young people.
Managed by the full-service agency, Perform, in partnership with and endorsement from the Nigerian University Games Association (NUGA), Varsity Cup’s current sports code is Football (Men’s and Women’s).
